A Helicopter Room FIT for a Boy!

Mikas loves everything that goes ZOOOM!
A car, a train, and ESPECIALLY a helicopter!
(with a "little" encouragement from ME cuz his Daddy is a helicopter pilot:o)
So I set out to do the funnest little boy room with all kind of bright colors and ofcourse,
HELICOPTERS!
It all started when I found the material for the curtains..
I found this cutest fabric on Etsy and a REALY sweet girl up here in Klamath named Jaime Olsen OFFERED to make the curtains to cover the BLACK OUT curtains that Mikas needs in his room (It is brighter than the sun in his room!)
I LOVE the way they turned out!!
Daddies collection of helicopters went PERFECT on the shelf in Mikas' room!
Reed and I hand painted the letters to match his super cute room!
The whole room! I LOVE the way it turned out!! And when Mikas walked in he said "I LOVE my roooom! and preceded to hop from colored spot rug to colored spot rug!
He got the train table for his 2nd birthday, I gotta take pictures of him playing on his train table, because Thomas goes EVERYWHERE with him, as well as a hand full of cars, and helicopters!
This is one of my pride enjoys of the room..What a difference a YEAR makes!
He had newborn pics done by my friend, Corina Nielson of Mikas laying on the dog
chair and a YEAR later we redid that photo of Mikas sitting on that
SAME DOG CHAIR!
I LOVE how it shows all the growing my little Mikas Man did in a year!
